Another masterpiece from Jones-Corda Construction. Matt worked directly with the homeowners to achieve the timeless Tahoe look they were striving for. This Lake Tahoe beauty has a wire brushed, custom stained Old Growth Bavarian Elm floor with widths of 8”, 10” 11.5” and 13” with all lengths of 8’. They were very specific in the choosing of their floor for the wood itself and the appearance of the grain. Once they saw the old growth elm, that was the end of the search. The elm has a very unique grain, that is like no other, especially with planks up to 13” wide.
