Nor-Cal Floor Design, Inc. has worked with Hayes Parzybok of East West Partners and Kim Toms of Slifer Designs throughout the design and construction of 16 inspired on-mountain townhomes perched between two ski runs. Home Run was designed to achieve a LEED Silver Certification Standard as designated by the U.S. Greenbuilding Council, in recognition of the on-going commitment to the environment.
Matt Vannoy of Nor-Cal Floor Design, Inc. was able to provide a European wide plank floor to meet the LEED certification requirements. The flooring materials Matt used were a French Oak, wirebrushed, with a zero voc natural oil. Matt achieved the desired look of a brownish-green color by hand rubbing each and every board with custom colored natural oil.
